Today I’ll review the Lakme 9 to 5 Plum Pick Lip Color

I had been waiting for a long time to get my hands on the Lakme 9 to 5 range of lip colors and I particularly liked the “Plum Pick” shade as I had a hunch that this shade will look quite good on me. I had visited a lot of online stores searching for this color but I couldn’t make a purchase. But finally I managed to grab it from a shopping mall and I was amazed at how great the color is. I mean, it looks much better than it does online. It is worth every penny. Though the cap is not transparent, and you actually have to uncap it to check out the color, the packaging of this product is really classy and gives it a very aristocratic look.
The Lakme 9 to 5 has a range of 15 shades and it’s very confusing to choose one as they all look great. I don’think that the color actually matches that of a plum but it really brightens my skin tone upon application. Before applying the lip color, I had applied some lip balm so that my lips remain moisturized.
The Lakme 9 to 5 is rich in Vitamin E and softens your lips with wheat germ oil. Now if you want to focus on the scent, I would say it’s pretty great because, it’s sweet and mild and one to two swipes is enough to cover your lips. The staying power is commendable and once you apply it you won’t have to worry for about 4 to 5 hours. So, I would say, go for it girls if you love your pink lips! This was a really great purchase for me and the best part is, you can wear it in any occasion.
